Little Fern House is a tropical hideaway located in the untouched secret gem; Mudjimba, in the heart of the Sunshine coast. Mudjimba is an untouched hidden gem which has maintained its local laid-back beach vibe out of the hustle and bustle, but at the time it is less than 15 minutes drive to Maroochydore, Cotton Tree and Mooloolaba & 30 mins to Noosa.
Arriving to Little Fern House you will enter the natural light filled open plan living area and dining, which straight away makes you feel like you are on holiday with the coastal / plantation décor. This area then opens onto a relaxing alfresco outdoor seating and dining area that is surrounded by a private tropical garden.
Downstairs there are two generous bedrooms with ceiling fans, a main bathroom with shower and separate bath. There is also a fully contained laundry, and a separate toilet.
Upstairs is the secluded air conditioned master bedroom with a double walk-through wardrobe and spacious private master ensuite bathroom. This bedroom is lovely in the evening catching those coastal breezes.

PARKING:
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please take extra care when reversing out of the driveway. Our neighbour opposite has vehicles parked across and it is can be easy to reverse into them.
Please park to the right (as you drive in) on the driveway, as it is a shared driveway. There is room for two vehicles which can park 1 behind the other.
Please leave barbecue reasonably clean and turn off the gas at the bottle after using. Please ensure all aircon and fans are switched off when leaving the house, when you vacate and if going out for the day.
Lock the property when leaving and leave the keys in the safe locked please.
For guests with pets, pets are not allowed on the beds or couches. Pets should also never be left unattended on the premises, and never locked indoor or left outside unattended. Noise from pets needs to be kept under control.
IMPORTANT : Please CHECK THE GARDEN just before you check out and remove any pet business that may be on the lawns. Thank you.
INFORMATION:
Bin day is Friday and the gardener will collect the bin(s) on Thursday ready in the street and bring them back on Friday. Guests do not need to worry about this.
Gardener may attend the property (weekly in Summer months) we will try to notify you in advance as much as possible.
At times the garage next door, the main door will be opened and accessed by the cleaner attending property next door.
Garage is accessible with key on side door for bikes and dryer access only (Please do not park cars in ), remember to empty the water reserve, if full the dryer will not dry.
